Rocca Sorrentina & Bay of Naples, 1785
Operated as an immersive education experiment by Brown University, this fictional but historically-inspired 18th-century Italian island is located in the Bay of Naples. Visitors are welcome for optional roleplay set in the year 1785. Public programs and exhibits are offered on the history and ideas of the Enlightenment, the era of the Grand Tour, and the baroque, rococo and neo-classical styles in art and music.
Village of Ciampi
Ciampi is a countryside Italian village with shops and a large church that is ideal for weddings. The paths will make you discover the Tuscany countryside and the small village of Ciampi with its alleys, pizzeria, restaurant and shops. You will enjoy a rest at the pond, playing chess or drinking a glass of Chianti with your friends.

Amalfi Cathedral - Duomo di Sant'Andrea
The Amalfi Cathedral in Ville de Coeur is based on the RL Italian church built with Arab-Norman, Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque and Byzantine elements. The Belltower, mosaic, bronze portal, and 62 exterior steps are reproduced. Services are held here (or one of the other Ville de Coeur churches) on Saturdays at 11 am by Magnus Brody. All are welcome. English service is streamed with music.
Borgo a mare
Borgo a mare is a small and characteristic village that stands out on the sea with cliffs and the beach framed by lemon trees and dotted with colorful geraniums. It is possible to stop and relax, breathe the typical Italian scents ranging from Tuscany to Sicily, drink a glass of wine, lemonade, or an espresso coffee, look out from the wonderful terraces on the Mare Secundus, play chess, listen to good music, or rent for free a motor boat on the quay.
